Ortho Design utilizes Smart Soc technology, employed by Orthomerica, to create the STAR family of cranial orthoses. Using the Smart Soc system we are able to map and infants cranial shape to 0.1 percent accuracy. 

To initiate the process, a cranial sleeve is gently placed on your baby’s head, and a comprehensive scan is conducted using a mobile device. Rest assured that infants experience no discomfort during this procedure and are not required to remain completely motionless. The information obtained from the scan is then utilized to fabricate a custom remolding device specifically tailored for your infant. Checkout the following video to see the process in action!
